What if my customer wants to return the order or product?

.1. Return Eligibility and Time Frame

You may initiate a return request for any product that meets the following conditions:

  • The product has been damaged, misprinted, or broken upon delivery.
  • A return request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Any request submitted beyond this 3-day window will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Filing a Claim for Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products

If your product arrives in a damaged condition, is misprinted, or shows defects:

  2. Attach images of the defective product clearly showing the issue, along with images of the original packaging.
  3. Once we receive and verify your claim, we will arrange for a re-print and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
3. Exchanges or Returns for Incorrect Size or Non-Defective Products

If you wish to exchange or return a product due to having ordered the wrong size, or for any other reason that doesn’t involve product defects, the return will be handled at your expense. Here’s how:

  • You must place a new order with the correct size or product preference.
  • The cost of the new order, along with any associated shipping fees, will be your responsibility.
4. Returning Products for Other Reasons

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, such as dissatisfaction or a change of mind, you may request a reverse pickup within 3 days of delivery. The reverse pickup process is simple:

  1. Contact us to initiate the return.
  2. We will guide you through the process of arranging the reverse pickup with our partnered courier service.

Please note that any return shipping fees associated with non-defective products will be borne by the customer.

  • All products being returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of wear or usage will not be eligible for return.

How to Claim Return goods:
  1. If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
  1. Please unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.
  1. If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
